According to the Investment Registration Certificate, the project will be developed at plot CN4-08 in Vung Ang I Industrial Park. The main objective is to construct ready-built factories for rent, complete with supporting services such as electricity, water, offices, and related utilities.

The project represents a total capital investment of nearly VND 99.65 billion, covering an area of approximately 29,892 m², with plans to construct around 19,080 m² of ready-built factory space. The operational duration runs through July 16, 2052. Under the proposed timeline, project goals are scheduled for implementation within 15 months from the issuance date of the Investment Registration Certificate.

The execution of this ready-built factory project in Vung Ang I Industrial Park is expected to diversify and complete the industrial infrastructure system, offering flexible facility options for enterprises seeking to invest in or expand their production and business operations in Vung Ang Economic Zone. Positioned within Vung Ang Economic Zone—one of Ha Tinh’s key industrial growth drivers—the addition of ready-built factory inventory enhances the area's capacity to accommodate new projects, particularly targeting industrial manufacturing, supporting industries, and sectors aligned with the economic zone's development orientation.

Moving forward, alongside ongoing efforts to complete industrial park infrastructure, Ha Tinh aims to foster a comprehensive, modern, and favorable investment climate. This initiative seeks to boost competitive advantage, attract high-quality projects, and drive industrial development and economic growth across the province.
