(Baohatinh.vn) – The Wyndham Costa Ha Tinh High-End Coastal Resort project has been renamed the Lynn Times Costa Ha Tinh High-End Coastal Resort. The development features a hotel with approximately 1,000 rooms, over 300 vacation villas, and an integrated commercial, service, and entertainment complex. Construction is scheduled to break ground in Q3 2026.

The Wyndham Costa Ha Tinh High-End Coastal Resort project has been renamed the Lynn Times Costa Ha Tinh High-End Coastal Resort, located in Dong Tien Commune.
The Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committee has issued Decision No. 32/QD-UBND approving the adjustment of the investment policy and investor selection for the Wyndham Costa Ha Tinh High-End Coastal Resort project. Implemented by Onsen Fuji Group Joint Stock Company, the project received its initial investment policy approval under Decision No. 08/QD-UBND on March 24, 2022.
Under the new decision, the project has been renamed from Wyndham Costa Ha Tinh High-End Coastal Resort to Lynn Times Costa Ha Tinh High-End Coastal Resort, located in Dong Tien Commune, Ha Tinh Province.
The project is designed as an integrated commercial, service, and hospitality-resort complex. It features a hotel zone with high-end tourist apartments, resort villas, a general commercial and service hub, entertainment facilities, restaurants, bars, cafes, healthcare and beauty services, green parks, parking lots, and synchronized technical infrastructure.
Under the revised scope, plot sectors DVT-01 and DVT-02 will house a hotel complex featuring approximately 1,000 rooms, along with commercial, entertainment, dining, bar, cafe, and wellness amenities. The site will also accommodate roughly 500 commercial and service units integrated with resort accommodation.
Sectors DVS-01, DVS-02, and DVS-03 will feature a high-end resort villa zone with over 300 units, alongside nearly 200 commercial and service units integrated with resort accommodation. Additional components include commercial and entertainment areas, restaurants, cafes, spas, green parks, parking lots, and supporting technical infrastructure.
Across sector groups DV-01 through DV-06, as well as DT-01 and DT-02, the adjusted plan incorporates over 600 commercial and service units combined with resort accommodation, alongside auxiliary infrastructure components.
The project contains no residential land or housing under the Housing Law. The developer must operate all structures strictly in accordance with approved operational goals and land use purposes, without forming residential units or converting land and building functionality into residential housing.
The operating term of the project is set at 50 years from the date of the initial land allocation or lease.
Regarding the project timeline, from Q3/2026 to Q1/2027, the investor will finalize the appraisal procedures for the Feasibility Study Report, receive and hand over the cleared land area from the first phase of compensation, break ground, and commence construction of technical infrastructure and facility items on the handed-over land area. From Q4/2026 to Q2/2027, the project will proceed to complete compensation, site clearance, and land allocation procedures for the remaining area, while implementing the synchronized construction of technical infrastructure and facility items across the entire site.
The Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committee requires Onsen Fuji Group Joint Stock Company to concentrate capital mobilization and assign sufficient manpower to accelerate site clearance, complete legal filings and procedures, break ground promptly, and execute the project in accordance with the approved schedule. The investor must strictly comply with regulations governing investment, land, construction, real estate business, environment, and related legislation throughout implementation. The project may only enter commercial operation upon meeting all prescribed statutory conditions.
For structures designated for sale, lease, or lease-purchase, the land use term and ownership rights of assets attached to land must comply with legal regulations and align with the operational lifespan of the project. The investor is responsible for fully disclosing this information to clients and embedding term-specific provisions into signed customer contracts.
